These Terms constitute a contract between you and Feedbook.tech. The terms "You" and "Your" refer to the user or visitor of the Sites.
BY VISITING, USING, ACCESSING OR BROWSING THE SITES OR CONTENT, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO ENTER INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT WITH FEEDBOOK, THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. Changes
Feedbook reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time at its sole discretion. We will post changes to the Terms on the Sites and in other places we deem appropriate. Your continued use of or access to the Sites or Content following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Use of the Sites

Other Products and Services
Feedbook may offer products and services through the Sites that are subject to separate terms. These Terms do not alter such agreements, and in the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms of such agreement, the terms of the agreement shall prevail. The Sites may contain links to third-party websites. Feedbook is not responsible for the content of third-party sites, which may have their own terms and privacy policies.
User Accounts
Some features of the Sites or Content may require registration with personal information, such as your email. You agree that the information provided is truthful and that you are not prohibited by law from registering. Users under the age of 18 in Ukraine, or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, may not provide personal data or create an account. If we discover that an account was created by a person under the minimum age, such information will be deleted immediately.
Feedback
You are not required to provide us with suggestions, comments, or other feedback regarding the Sites or Content ("Feedback"). You are fully responsible for your Contributions and guarantee that you have exclusive rights to them, that they do not infringe on third-party rights, and comply with applicable law.
Privacy
The Feedbook Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and applies to all use of the Sites and Content. You must agree to the Privacy Policy before using the Sites. If you disagree with it or with any provision of these Terms, please cease use of the Sites immediately.
Termination
Feedbook may suspend or terminate access to the Sites or Content in whole or in part, without reason and without prior notice.
Indemnification
You (or, if you use the Sites on behalf of a company, you and the company) agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Feedbook, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and other representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Sites or Content, breach of the Terms, laws, or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACCURACY OF INFORMATION, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, MEETING YOUR EXPECTATIONS, OR FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES.
Limitation of Liability
FEEDBOOK, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND OTHER PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY USERS BASED ON INFORMATION POSTED ON THE SITES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RECOMMENDATIONS, ANALYSIS, OR PUBLICATIONS. ALL SUCH INFORMATION IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA RESULTING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITES OR THIRD-PARTY SITES.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law provisions. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dnipro (Sobornyi District). You waive your right to a jury trial and objections to jurisdiction.
Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all Ukrainian and other applicable export control laws and not to export or re-export any products or services in violation of applicable laws. We are not responsible for your violations of export control laws.
General Provisions
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and Feedbook and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
